Join Us Every Third Weekend in August!

Three Days of Fun, Exhibits, and Community Spirit

  • Friday: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
  • Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Special Pre-Fair Events: Wednesday, August 14th: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Thursday, August 15th: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Showcase Your Talents by Bringing in your:  Flowers,  Veggies,  Canned Goods,  Photography,  Art, and Textiles for a chance to win ribbons and cash prizes (cash prize category for ages up to 17)!

Activities

From Thrilling Games to Engaging Performances, There’s Something for All Ages to Enjoy.

Enjoy family-friendly activities, live music, bingo, magic shows, kids’ games, a logging show, a livestock barn, a vendor fair, educational exhibits, delicious food and don’t forget to swing by the Bohemia Mine Owners Association to pan for some gold. Support Community Sharing with donations. Mark your calendars for the 2024 W.O.E. Heritage Fair, the third weekend in August. Join us for a fun-filled weekend!

Rules and Regulations

General Information

  • The fairgrounds and buildings will be open to set up booths before the fair opening.
  • Read the rules carefully and prepare to comply with their requirements.
  • Due to the subject matter, new Classes may be added to Photography at the Superintendent’s choice.

Exhibitors Rules and Regulations

1. All Fair Divisions will be open to enter exhibits on Wednesday, August 14th, from 12 pm to 8 pm and Thursday, August 15th, from 8 am to 12 pm. No exhibits except those waiting in line may be entered after noon on Thursday.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. Junior Exhibitors shall be any exhibitor 13 years and under.
Intermediate Exhibitors shall be any exhibitor 14 to 17 years.
Those entries will be judged separately from the adult division.
They must be marked “JR” and “INT.”

3. Division heads shall have the latitude to use the entries submitted in the best interest of the exhibitors and the Fair.

4. Exhibitors may make two entries in each lot except where noted in each Division.

5. Blue ribbons are designated for first-place awards, Red ribbons for second-place awards, and White ribbons for third-place awards.

6. Any person interfering with the judges during judging will forfeit the right of premiums. All officers are required, and exhibitors requested, to report any violation of this rule to the Fair Board.

7. Judges may award special ribbons or prizes in their Divisions.

8. All judges should read the rules of their Divisions and abide by them.

9. Anyone removing an exhibit before Sunday at 4:30 pm will forfeit any awards or premium.

10. The Fair Board and Superintendents will use every precaution to guard and protect exhibits but cannot be responsible for loss or damage by any cause.

11. The exhibits will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

12. Superintendents will CLOSE all exhibits at 4:00 p.m. Sunday to prepare entries for pick-up. Exhibitors may claim entries after 4:30 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS!

13. Any premiums awarded will be paid by the Treasurer after judging is completed.

14. All ribbon awards and any premiums won may be picked up with entries on Sunday starting at 4:30 pm.
